Now considered a veteran in the foreclosure and asset management
market, her initial experience with foreclosure properties began
in 1997, as she represented a national client, through a referral,
and whereby she located the property with stringent guidelines
required by the out-of-state client. Carrie promptly negotiated
the client contract. Subsequently, over the course of building a
2- year relationship with that single client, Lehrman sold 5 more
properties and returned over $1.0 million in profitability through
buying and selling transactions from this one client relationship.
The rest is real estate history, as the satisfied client spread
the word and Ms. Lehrman was flooded with clients who realized her
real estate network, relationships and industry knowledge were
only surpassed by her database of banking relationships and
tenacity.
By September 12, 2002, most homeowners were dumping their second
homes because of the stock market plummeting from the aftermath of
9-11. She was advising her client database to buy and hold
properties at that point, which culminated the next year by every
client realizing a 30% profitable gain in one year. These
individual investors made significant wealth from her emerging

Throughout her career, Ms. Lehrman augmented her knowledge by
positioning herself with sales for Centex Homes. During
those years, the economic downturn posted huge layoffs for many
large car company employees in Michigan, yet Carrie was already
experienced at the foreclosure process and was charged with
dealing with lenders during those difficult economic realities.
Her reputation spread within the banking industry.
Today, Carrie Lehrman is the President of The SRL Group in
Arizona, managing the rising number of foreclosures, bankruptcy
and lender owned properties which are skyrocketing in the
Southwest after years of the new building boom. In September 2008
alone, she listed, sold and closed 21 lender owned properties in a record
breaking 60-days.
