TIMELINE - With the rental market changing at such a fast
rate, you need to be sure to express your exact time to move.
GENERALLY if your move date is 30+ days out, the landlord will not
want to wait 30+ days for you to move in, and will rent it to
someone else. Start your search at least 5 weeks prior to your
moving, and be ready to move in within a week or so of an accepted
contract. We will be happy to help you find the home that will be
available for your move in date.
